Danish marine pump specialist Svanehøj has gained an order from China’s Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding to produce gas pump systems for 15 new construct dual-fuel LNG container vessels (7000 TEU).

The 30 deepwell fuel pumps will be delivered between August 2022 and January 2024.
This is one of Svanehøj’s largest LNG fuel-related orders thus far. It can additionally be the second LNG gas pump systems order that Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding has placed with Svanehøj in the last 12 months. In pressure gauge , Svanehøj signed a contract to offer deepwell pumps for 10 dual-fuel LNG container vessels (15 000 TEU).
Svanehøj quadrupled sales of its patented deepwell fuel pumps in 2021, and says there are numerous indications that gross sales might enhance even further in 2022.
