US industrial distributor and service supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum techniques and compressors.

ePumps can be a full-service supplier of all types of rotating tools, with in-house and subject service capabilities. The company has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a staff of 28 workers.
The acquired business will function under OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has almost sixty five places all through the United States, and more than forty service retailers. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 employees.
