Hayward Tyler Inc and its sister firm Energy Steel have been awarded multi-million greenback contracts to assist the ITER project in France.

Hayward Tyler’s contract covers variable drive booster pumps while Energy Steel will provide 62 solenoid valve and cubicle packages.
The ITER venture is a joint worldwide analysis and growth project to reveal the scientific and technical feasibility of fusion energy. The demonstration facility is beneath construction in St-Paul-lez-Durance in France, and will be the largest fusion experimental reactor on the planet.

Hayward Tyler and Energy Steel are each part of the Engineered Pumps and Motors Division of Avingtrans plc.
