Hayward Tyler Inc and its sister firm Energy Steel have been awarded multi-million dollar contracts to support the ITER challenge in France.

Hayward Tyler’s contract covers variable drive booster pumps while Energy Steel will supply 62 solenoid valve and cubicle packages.
The ITER venture is a joint worldwide research and growth challenge to show the scientific and technical feasibility of fusion energy. The demonstration facility is beneath development in St-Paul-lez-Durance in France, and would be the largest fusion experimental reactor in the world.
