Founded in Waukesha, Wisconsin in 1946, Waukesha Bearings opened its Antigo manufacturing facility in May 1972, with a employees of 3 full-time staff. In 2019, the plant expanded to 100,000 sq ft of manufacturing space and now employs one hundred twenty folks. The manufacturing space was added to accommodate manufacturing for marine bearing techniques and different new projects awarded to the corporate.
“We are proud of our success and development to turn out to be a provider of precision bearings to some of the largest multi-national corporations from our small-town, Northern Wisconsin location,” stated Mark Greenlund, plant manager.
