US industrial distributor and repair provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum techniques and compressors.

ePumps can be a full-service provider of all kinds of rotating equipment, with in-house and field service capabilities. The firm has three areas serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a team of 28 workers.
The acquired enterprise will function under OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, said: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with additional territory coverage, prime product strains and adding additional service capabilities to this space. We are very desperate to bring them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has almost sixty five locations all through the United States, and greater than 40 service retailers. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 workers.
